Stormwater
Renewals, upgrades and new drainage networks, including pipelines, manholes, catchpits and property connections. The network, temporary diversion and reinstatement need to be planned as one scope.
Stormwater separation
Civil delivery for projects that move rainfall runoff out of wastewater pipes. Work can include property checks, new stormwater laterals and network construction, testing and reinstatement, coordinated with the appointed design and asset-owner teams.
Wastewater
Pipeline and connection works need clear service ownership, agreed operating arrangements and a controlled sequence. Live network interventions are coordinated with the relevant asset owner and specialists.
Water infrastructure
Civil works for water pipelines, storage and associated assets, including excavation, pipework interfaces and reinstatement. Testing and commissioning requirements are agreed with the client and network owner.
Pipeline renewals
Start with the existing asset, not just the proposed alignment. Confirm connections, access, service clashes and temporary flow arrangements before settling the construction sequence.
Testing & CCTV
Inspection and testing requirements are set by the design, specification and asset owner. Livic coordinates specialist CCTV, testing and supporting records within the agreed package.
Live services
Existing records are a starting point, not proof of exact location. We coordinate locating and controlled investigation, then build the service information into the methodology.
Quality assurance
Inspection and test plans, hold points, material records, surveys and close-out information are built around the sequence of work. Records need to match what was actually installed.

What are Three Waters works?
Three Waters refers to stormwater, wastewater and water supply infrastructure. Livic undertakes the associated civil construction, with specialist inputs and network-owner interfaces coordinated to suit the scope.
Does Livic work for principal contractors?
Yes. Livic can deliver a defined civil scope as a subcontractor, or discuss a complete civil package with the client. Responsibilities, approvals and interfaces are agreed before work starts.
Can Livic organise inspection and testing?
Yes. Inspection, specialist CCTV and testing can be coordinated within the agreed scope. The project specification and asset-owner requirements determine which records and tests are needed.
