The design, specification and project controls matter. So do access, sequencing, plant and the realities of construction. The right approach brings those things together rather than asking the crew to bridge the gap.
Quality
Know the requirement. Build to it. Check at the right stage and keep evidence that matches the work. Plan inspection and close-out records from the start, before the work is covered.
Safety
Plan the task, understand the risks and put the required controls in place. People should be able to raise a concern, stop and get the right support when something is not right.

Understand the site and receiving environment. Build the controls into the methodology, inspect them as conditions change and keep responsibility clear across the delivery team.
