Built around
delivery.
Livic Civil is an Auckland civil contractor built around a simple idea: keep good people close to the work and make it easy to get things done.
People first. Delivery discipline. Lean by design.
ABOUT LIVIC / OUR PEOPLETechnical knowledge.
Practical experience.
Quality results.
Our team brings experience from infrastructure, engineering, quality, safety and project-delivery environments. We use that experience without bringing unnecessary layers of management with it.
We understand the drawings, specifications, programme and project controls. We also understand that eventually someone still has to build the job.
That balance — practical and technical — shapes how Livic works.

Good work should always send people home safe.
