A foundation package connects ground conditions with the structure above. Livic Civil coordinates the excavation, preparation and construction with the relevant engineering requirements.

Set-out, founding inspections and approved details need to be in place before work is covered.

Good foundation work is about getting the basics right before concrete arrives: safe access, clean preparation, the correct levels and a clear answer where conditions differ from the drawings. We raise those decisions early and build only when the work is ready.

The temporary condition needs the same attention as the permanent one. Excavation stability, water, access, protection of nearby assets and the inspection sequence are worked through before the work becomes difficult to change.

Livic Civil is proactive about buildability and quality. We identify gaps before they turn into concrete, use each hold point to confirm the work is right and make sure the foundation is built once, properly, with the records to support what sits above it.
